We know you have several of options when it comes to choosing your photographer/videographer, so thank you for being here!
Throughout your wedding day, we are watching everything unfold and documenting moments that we know you will cherish for years to come. Photos and/or videos have the power to help you relive a specific moment in time and recall all of the emotions and details surrounding that moment.
01. PICK A DATE
Alright! You're engaged, it happened! 😍 Now what?! .. Well! CELEBRATE FIRST! & then think about a date.
02. REACH OUT
Once you have picked your date, let's connect! Your photographer/videographer should be some of the first vendors you secure! Reach out with your date, details/vision of your day, etc. and we will chat availability and pricing!
03. REVIEW PACKAGES
Once we have chatted and determined we are a good fit, I will provide my Information and Pricing Guide for your review.
04. LOGISTICS
Once you have decided on a package to proceed with, we will discuss logistics of your day + chosen package.
05. CONFIRM BOOKING
Once everything sounds good, we will forward you over a wedding contract including the deposit information.
06. CONGRATULATIONS
Once a signed contract and deposit is received, a big congratulations is in order! YOU ARE BOOKED! & we are already so dang excited.
FAQ
Do you require a deposit?
Yes! We require a signed wedding contract and a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date.
How long does it take to recieve the photos after the elopement and how will those be delivered?
The final Wedding gallery will be delivered on a custom and private online gallery platform. Wedding photo sneak peaks will be delivered/posted no later than 4 weeks after the Wedding date. Completion of the Wedding Gallery will be no later than 12 weeks after Wedding.
The edited Wedding Teaser Film will be produced no later than 5 weeks after the wedding date. Completion of Wedding Full Film no later than 16 weeks after Wedding.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
A $0.65/km travel fee from/back to Sedgewick is always collected throughout the wedding day. An invoice is then sent afterwards with the total.
Are your packages customizable?
Absolutely! We understand that each couple has a different budget and preference of the amount of time they'd like captured for their day. Let's chat more about this!
